Cyril Noirtin Appointed Vice-President of Rotary International's Strategic Planning Committee

Cyril Noirtin, recognized for his international commitment, particularly at UNESCO, has just been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation. His appointment reflects Rotary's desire to integrate individuals with a strong international background into its leadership bodies.

This important position, recently held by current International President Francesco Arezzo, is a testament to Rotary International's recognition of Cyril's talents, commitment, and vision.

He will participate in the formulation of major strategic directions, monitoring their implementation, and adapting the action plan to meet global challenges. About Cyril

Cyril Noirtin is Deputy Director General at ISC PARIS Business School.

A member of Rotary since 2002, Cyril is the Founding President of our club, has served as chair of several district committees, a member of The Rotary Foundation's Rotary Peace Centers Committee, a member of Rotary International's Rotaract Committee, treasurer, and then Chair of the Executive Committee of Inter-country Committees of Rotary.

Cyril is a member of the Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation Joint Strategic Planning Committee. He also represents Rotary International as the senior representative to UNESCO and the OECD, and is also Dean of the Rotary Representatives Network.

He is a former member and president of Rotaract Europe, and a former participant in the Rotary Youth Exchange program. Cyril is a recipient of the Rotary Foundation Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World and a Major Donor to The Rotary Foundation.

He received the Service Above Self award in 2023.
